We ship out of Miami, FL and all orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.

We currently only ship to the United States.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Please allow up to 1-3 business days for your order to ship. You will receive an email once your order has shipped with the tracking information.

Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.
Please allow between 1-3 business days once you receive the shipping confirmation e-mail before checking on www.usps.com.
MY ORDERS SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT YET.
ln the event that your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, but you still have not received it, please contact USPS to inquire as to the whereabouts of your package. Once a package’s status is labeled as delivered, there is nothing we can do as the sender in terms of locating it, but we will definitely help you in trying to find out where it is! Sometimes USPS says "delivered" but it has yet to be delivered. So give it another business day before calling.
We are not responsible for lost packages after they’ve been marked delivered.
